Dishes include: Agnello de Lucca; roasted leg of lamb served with eggplant caviar marinated with thyme infusion sauce, Robalo al Duo di Pesto; Roasted Sea Bass au Pesto, and a Basil and Black Olives sauce on bed of Ravioli and mushrooms.
